Clear Your Browser's Cache

Summary:

 

When you open a web page, your browser stores data in its cache to make it easier to access the page in the future. If this data becomes outdated or corrupt, the website may stop working properly. You may follow these steps to clear out your browser's cache.

 

Google Chrome

Click the ‘Menu Button’ in the top-right corner of the browser and click ‘History’


Click ‘Clear Browsing Data...’ and use the following options:

 



Mozilla Firefox

Click the ‘Menu Button’ in the top-right corner of the browser and click ‘History’

Click ‘Clear Recent History...’

Use the following settings and click ‘Clear Now’



Apple Safari

Click the ‘Safari’ menu item and click ‘Preferences...’


Navigate to the ‘Advanced’ tab and click ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’


Under the newly-enabled Develop menu, click ‘Empty Caches’


 

Microsoft Edge

Click the three horizontal dots found at the top right of your browser. 



Click on the Settings option. 



Under "Clear Browsing Data", select "Choose what to clear"  


 
Make sure cached data and files is checked and clear the data.
